Warehouse Storage Facilities
Our facilities provide dry storage of approximately 4500m2, consisting of 5 industrial warehouses, large modern detached office and transport depot.
Gasparini Storage offers long and short terms leases and do our very best to provide every service our tenant might require. This includes, but not limited to, logistics to and from our facility, loading / unloading staff, forklift usage, maintenance and repairs on tenants equipment and administration support.
Construction of our new warehouse will begin in 2020. This warehouse will be our largest, at 1,800m2 and will offer separate offices, kitchen and driver amenities. Our plans for this warehouse have Council approval for it to be refrigerated for cool storage.
Our facility also includes a large functioning mechanic workshop with service pit, bitumen sealed customer and staff car parking to the front and bitumen and gravel hardstand internal roadways. Additionally we have a digital weighbridge, truck wash bay and diesel fuel pump with the capacity of 70,000lt of bulk fuel storage. Our property has secure perimeter fencing and video surveillance is constantly in operation.
We pride ourselves in the maintenance and condition of our facility and have developed strong working relationships with our long term tenants.
WAREHOUSING
5 metal clad Warehouses of varying sizes, internal clearance ranges from 4.5 to 8.0 metres in height. Access is provided by a front roller door and two sliding doors on Warehouse 1 and sliding doors on Warehouse 4. Mercury vapour lighting and three phase power is available.
DRY STORAGE
Approx 4500m2 available under cover. Full 24 hour security surveillance and smoke detector system.
COOL ROOM FACILITIES
In the process of constructing 2000m2 of cool storage which will be available to lease.
LINEHAUL REFRIGERATION
We have affiliation with S&S Logistics which will do all local and interstate deliveries.
DIGITAL WEIGHBRIDGE
A Digital Weighbridge is available on-site with a concrete base, associated equipment and internally located control panel.
WASH BAY
Truck Wash Bay provides drive-through access for vehicles. A small internal shed houses a water pump, chemical storage and the plant and equipment for the truck wash.
DIESEL FUEL PUMP
A Diesel Fuel Pump is located within the Wash Bay comprising a digital Smart Fuel System which is linked to the main office. The fuel pump is connected to two above ground metal storage tanks being 10,000 and 60,000 litres.
SECURE PARKING
Secure locked yard and parking area available for B-doubles.
STAND-ALONE OFFICE
The office consists of a front reception area, four offices, boardroom, rear open office area, storeroom, kitchenette and includes male and female toilets. The office is serviced by several split system air-conditioning units, alarm system, CCTV, monitored fire sensors and is connected to three phase power.
